After posting a bad review, I was contacted by the owner who, as I thought in the first place, is a very nice fellow. He explained he had a problem with a manager who was no longer with him. He also offered in-kind compensation. He is apparently a good businessman, because he has taken all the right steps to ameliorate the situation. The proof of that is that I will continue to do business with him. That's unusual for me.
